enjoyin summer
hi all! mike and i have been enjoying the summer so far, making sure to:
a) enjoy an afternoon putting around on a pontoon boat on lake del valle
b) watch ray chase every bird that lives at the beach. he hasn’t caught on that he won’t ever catch them.
c) almost eat our weight in tacos
d) soak up the sunshine while mike makes some fabulous catches playing cricket (i know, it was a good day ;)
e) meet new friends + try new happy hours
f) enjoy golden gate park, mike is perfecting his disc golf skills in particular
g) listen to free concerts in the park
h) have as much fun as possible, even in the SF summer fog!
will post some pics of our adventures soon. next up: the harrii tackle the pacific northwest. it’s gonna be a doozie :)

Happy spring!
Hi! We’re a tad behind on uploading pics, so here’s some fun stuff we’ve done over the past few months. Lots has happened this spring! A brief run down below:
Feb: Mich + Doug celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary
March: Kim was introduced to the wonderful world that is New Orleans + is still dreaming about the live music soulfully spilling out of every bar on the street
April: SA friends Morne and Lana came and conquered America // Kim turned the big 3-0
May: the annual SF bay to breakers race/party celebrated it’s 100 year run (excuse the pun), complete with naked men, women and public debauchery + dancing // Kim graduated with her Masters and did what any esteemed Masters graduate would do: celebrated by singing karaoke // Michael turned 33 years young and went on a boat. Move over Captain Ahab! Here comes the Old Man and the Sea! // Kim + Erin soak up some sun in Palm Springs. Heaven in the desert.
So herewith the pictures to prove the madness. Here’s hoping the summer of ‘11 will be even more crazy!
